  o be a friendly ambassador for China and Africa and to employ market-based thinking and path, CABC is to become a reciprocal platform serving private businesses of both sides;

  To seize opportunities of Africa's development and to bring benefits to the African people, CABC is to jointly create a win-win future together with the African people.

  China-Africa Business Council (CABC) is a National Chamber of Commerce jointly established by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE), and the China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program (CSPGP). Upon the approval by central leaders and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, CABC was officially established on October 23rd, 2006.

Vision

  CABC's vision is to become a specialized and internationalized platform that facilitates China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, and thus serves as a model for China-Africa and South-South Cooperation.

Mission

  CABC's mission is to actively guide Chinese enterprises in their commitment of "going into Africa" and help African enterprises with their operations in China; work with domestic and international public and private sectors to promote China-Africa economic and trade exchanges, push forward China-Africa and South-South Cooperation, and to promote international exchanges on the Guangcai Program.

  Equipped with global perspectives, opportunities in Africa and the momentum in China, China-Africa Business Council is committed to helping Chinese enterprises build a better Africa.

Services Provided

Two basic services:

government liaison and international liaison. The government liaison involves contacting work with the foreign ministry, embassies and consulates in the African countries, NDRC, the ministry of commerce, the united front department of CPC, the ministry of civil affairs and ACFIC. The international liaison has focused on the African embassies and consulates in China, the trade and investment departments of Africa's key countries, the United Nations agencies, the African Union and African regional organizations, OAFLA, etc.

  Forum on Chinese Investment for Sustainable Trade and Economic Growth in Africa

Two exclusive services:

trade investment opportunities service and investment and financing financial services. In terms of the service trade and investment opportunities as well as the China-Africa development fund, it will focus on cooperation to provide members with the African Political and Economic Dynamic Daily, African Industry Information Weekly, Political and Economic Situation Analysis Weekly; In terms of the investment and financing of the financial services, it will cooperate with the China Development Bank, The Export-Import Bank of China, the China-Africa Development Fund, Sinosure, China-Africa Fund for Industrial Cooperation, Standard Chartered Bank, CITIC Bank and other key sectors to provide docking services trade financing and investment business for the member enterprise.

Six public service platforms:

legal and commercial consulting, visa application and business trips, security services and emergency rescue, international communication, human resources and the "Belt & Road" international officials to China.
