Idea_Proactivity Challengers was established on Jun.30th,2014 by a student from Beijing No.2 Middle School,Mr.Guodong Zhang(who was called both Coffee The Answer and Thomas),who returned from the univerity of Harvard after taking the Leadership and HR management courses and experienced one of the most remarkable enhancements of his mind through the way of cultivation there.Presenting his opinions about the application and spirit of voluntary work and the way to achieve the macro social goals such as equality and efficiency by making efforts,IPC will be helpful along the way to make the world a better place by organizing teenagers in China to make a difference.A grand creative idea is the foundation while proactivity is prerequisite for all the remarkable changes.That's exactly why IPC represents the potential and courage to challenge then to make the world a better place.
